Delivery Policy

We understand the importance of timely and efficient deliveries for our customers. As standard, we aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm on a for delivery the next working day in Mainland U.K.

Our minimum carriage paid order value is £95+VAT.

Orders below this value will be subject to a £10+VAT delivery charge for mainland U.K. destinations.

Larger palletised orders and/or orders to non-mainland U.K. destinations, Scottish Highlands and Islands may be subject to longer lead times and surcharges - please contact us for this information.

We use our own vans for deliveries within London and couriers for all other deliveries.

Whenever we dispatch an order for you, we will email you with a copy of your invoice, dispatch method, and tracking information (if sent by courier).

Returns

A returns reference in the form of a returns note is required before you can return goods to us.

Returns will be accepted provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Faulty items should be within their guarantee/warranty period and have been used in the manner intended
  • Items not required should be in a resalable condition without any labels/stickers/markings on them and may be subject to a handling charge. The return of these items will be at our discretion and at your expense and by your arrangement.
  • Special order items are not eligible for return

Returns which do not meet the above conditions will not be credited.

Any goods returned to us without a returns note will not be credited.
