Faulty Goods

1. Goods must be returned within the manufacturers warranty period ( normally 1 year )

2. In most situations, we will need the entire product returned. Please let us know if your wish is to return only part of a product

Products with a manufacturers warranty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion. ABM cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect loss

Date of purchase

Invoice number

Product(-s) code

Reason of return
 

Returning Goods

1. No goods will be accepted unless in the original condition.

2. Goods must be returned within 1 month of purchase.

3. Refunds for goods surplus to requirements are entirely at the discretion of ABM.

4. We are unable to refund any products which have been specially ordered.
