Tired of being unable to use steamed-up mirrors immediately after a hot shower or bath?
Remove the cause of condensation at source with an Xpelair inline shower fan system!
With a neat grille installed directly over the shower, humid or moist air will be ducted away by a fan above the ceiling and onwards to a grille installed outside, typically in the soffit.
Worried about standing in a draught? Don't be! air will not be pulled into a normal cubicle, it will flow over it.
XXS fans are available as either the standard (XXS100) or timer (XXS100T) variants. The products in the XXS range come with the fan only, they do not include the the additional components required for normal installation. The XIL range contain the XXS fans plus the components necessary for a normal installation.
All electronics circuits and wiring terminals are fully protected. Motors are Class B lubricated for life, fitted with safety thermal overload protection and suitable for ambient temperatures up to 40ºC.
Xpelair XXS systems conform to Building Regulations mechanical ventilation for toilets shower rooms and bathrooms.
