The range
The Xcell 300 QV range is a range of new of heat recovery units, designed for modern airtight
buildings. The units are constructed from a highly insulated EPP lightweight material and
incorporate an up to a 91% efficient heat recovery counterflow cell. Access to the cell, G4 filters
and EC Ultra low energy motors for cleaning is by easy turn access panels. The unit’s four
connection spigots are located on the top of the unit which makes the unit ideal for locating
within a loft void and come complete with a set of wall mounting brackets. There are three
versions available; the QV model is controlled by a manual two speed controller located in the
kitchen area, the QVW model is controlled by a three speed controller, which has the additional
benefits of a winter defrost cycle, filter inspection and motor failure indicators together with the
facility for automatic control of the unit by a combination of humidistats, CO2, or smoke sensors.
The QVI model is controlled by a time controller switch and has an identical range of automatic
controls as the QVW, but has the additional benefits of a summer bypass, cold home guard and
is computer and BMS compatible.
